I would suggest giving it a shot, but considering that I actually hated Naruto when I started watching it and it took me a long time to get into it, I don't know how i'd feel about suggesting Naruto to someone.
If my ex hadn't made me sit and watch it with her I never would have gave it a chance because the beginning of the series is SO bad.
Wife walks up, hands me her phone.
"Can you jailbreak this?"
I go![]()
...
"Yeah, sure" I say.

Meh. Kid's just doing his job. I'm sure there are cameras everywhere making sure he follows the company script about the new items. Disney is probably paying for additional promotion within the store.
Honestly, I think the idea behind Skylanders and Infinity is really cool. It's definitely marketed at a different generation than what we grew up with, but people have been trying to get similar things going for years now. Also, if the kid is young enough, it's only an additional $10 for the parent to basically revitalize their game that they're starting to get bored with and the kid gets a new character. New game comes out? All your old Skylanders save their information, so just bring 'em on over to the next one. Wanna play at your friends place? The data is stored in the toy, just toss 'im in your backpack and head over.
Wicked cool idea. It's a shame my wallet is the one that has to take the beating for it.
[ edit ] Also, again for anyone that cares... the game is actually pretty fun, too.It can be glitchy at times, though.

Okay. Back to playing Sleeping Dogs. Hopefully I'll have this finished by the end of the weekend.
