    On PC too.
Some people whine about the combat system, but it didn't bother me at all tbh.

I think I'd want to upgrade before doing proper PC gaming

    Something like that.

Also I went back to see the other endings too, and well... yeah, I think I can see what people meant. They really should've given the option to choose from a variety of different endings a la Dragon Age, because even with the Extended Cut + DLC this is still really underwhelming.

Now excuse me while I listen to this song on repeat and proceed to have all the feels.

I have to say, though... *this* is the ending everyone raged about? I mean, sure it was over a bit too quickly but jesus guys! It's the journey that matters!

Edit: Btw, the ending of the Citadel DLC was perfect. Better than the actual ending in fact. Loved it when the crew says "It's been a good ride" and Shep answers "The best." Awesome scene, so much was said with only those two words.
Did you check the difference between the updated ending and the original one? Because as it is now is kinda okay at least. I'm still butthurt how they handled the Reapers. So much for "YOU CANNOT COMPREHEND!". >___>

Yeah actually I *just* finished watching a video on the original pre-Extended Cut ending. Holy fuck was that a trainwreck! At least now I got my awesome bro moment with Garrus before the final push instead of him magically teleporting onto the Normandy. And all the other shit that was originally missing.

Yeah in comparison to the original, the EC is okay-ish, but I can't help feeling like it's still not the really powerful conclusion this trilogy deserved. That's what the Citadel DLC is for, though. I hope you played it.

Yeah that's how I always felt! And no I haven't played the Citadel DLC yet. I haven't played any DLC but the Javik one, but I've heard others say good stuff about it too. Might pick it up someday when it's on sale though.

Oh and another thing I never liked about Mass Effect 3: Harbinger. What happened? No seriously what the heck happened?

Like, what happened to Harbinger after the end? I'm assuming the same as all other Reapers?

Yeah definitely get the DLC when you have the chance, and make sure it's the very last thing you play in the game. It's basically the perfect sendoff for the entire trilogy.

No no I mean how they butchered the character. In ME2 he was pushed as the über Reaper. The largest and most dangerous of them all. Then in ME3 he's basically reduced to a cameo and instead of all the awesome lines from ME2 we get some buzzing sounds. Why Bioware, why!?

Sounds good, I definitely will! Would you recommend the other DLC or should I skip them?

Ah okay, I see. Yeah, actually he got so little screentime that I wasn't even aware of his existence in ME3 (I played ME2 back in 2010, it's been a while). So at first I was like Harbinger? Who's Harbinger?

Omega is pure fighting with little to no story, very mediocre overall. Skippable.

Leviathan has plot-relevant info and one very creepy/atmoshperic mission. Easily better than Omega but still not that amazing, and it's only 1.5-2 hours long. Maybe Youtube it if you're interested.

In all honesty Citadel is the only one I'd label as a "must play".

Who's Harbinger is probably what Bioware said too late during development...

Citadel and maybe Leviathan it is then! By the way, how would you rate Citadel compared to Lair of the Shadow Borker Broker?

Citadel is better IMO, but only if you're receptive to the sheer amount of fanservice it brings. Shadow Broker was good, but I had an absolute blast with Citadel. If you want to rate them strictly based on story, then probably SB is better with the ending twist, but as far as overall enjoyment is concerned, Citadel wins by a landslide, for me personally.

Like I said, depends on how much you enjoy the fanservice and the comic relief.

Also, the ending scene of Citadel is the best thing ever. I'd rate it higher than Shadow Broker just for those 60 or so seconds.

    Sounds great, thanks Gare!

I play Metal Gear games, I take fanservice like a man.

I've just beaten Mario and Luigi: Superstar saga, beating the final boss with the double damage badge thing was a pain but it was well worth the punishment
