Looking up some Hi Scores on Twin Galaxies currently. Trying to find some games that I might have a chance at. Looked up the NES Clay Shooting's world record. It's a whopping 10,000,000! I've gotten about 1.5M the last time I played. Which is pretty dang good, but 10M...my arm would be so tired after holding the gun up for so long.

Found a few games that I'm going to work toward beating the world records on.

Fire Shark (MAME/Sega Genesis)
Raiden (Arcade/MAME)
Top Gunner/Jackal (Arcade) I actually own a legit PCB of this one too!
Jackal (NES) Going to try for both Score, and fastest completion.
Clay Shooting (NES)
Super C (NES)

I'll have to pick up a video capture device, so I can start doing submissions. If anyone on here has any suggestions for me on which device would be best to get I would appreciate it. I've done some research on the subject and kinda have an idea of what I want to get. Though I would appreciate any input from all of you LPers.

I would recommend not getting a Roxio gamecap of any kind. You're probably aware that roxio is the worst company to buy stuff from, but when I bought mine I didn't know. Other than that do what you will.

Ahh, cool. Yeah, I wasn't really looking to get anything made by Roxio. Because like you said it's shite. I might have a really old capture card in one of my random computer crap boxes. I should really try and dig that out. I f I'm lucky I might not have to actually purchase anything.

Good luck. I don't have any recommendations for what to get, but I would recommend avoiding all combinations of EasyCAP/EZCap (two different things, but they're both shit, so just avoid them all and be glad you did).
