Whew. Clicking submit on a $90 Mouser order is tough cookies. At least its out of the way now.
God a lot of these women tennis players are hot.
Fuck I need to get laid.
Thinking back to the launch time of the 360, I didn't play one properly until late 2006, but the first games I played (PGR3 - amazing and Perfect Dark Zero - Shite). There were a lot of other shite games I owned in its infancy too.
Import Tuner Challenge, I used to love the DC Tokyo Xtreme Racing games, but this one on the 360 just did nothing for me.
Enchanted Arms, this game just did absolutely nothing for me. Not with its S-RPG like fighting and terrible characters. It may not have been that bad, I never played much of it before I wanted to trade it in.
Perfect Dark Zero, I don't remember much about this game. I played it the once in 2006 on Agent and never touched it since. I don't recall it being good or bad really.
Moto GP 06, absolutely diabolical. I'm not sure why I even got this, maybe something to do with the fact I was 15/16 and hadn't really developed a sense of what games I was or wasn't into. Motorbike racing games really aren't my cup of tea. I've realised that now.
There were some others like Amped 3, Hitman Blood Money, Quake 4 and GRAW that I had around that time too. Those were all decent enough games.
Try Naval Assault: The Killing Tide.

Ohhh blood money! One of my faves of all time!!! Even when I used to have friends over back then when I first had it for the ps2 everyone enjoyed it even though its a one player game we would just trade off and was even enjoyable watching while someone else played. As long as they didn't dick around too much.
In the infancy of the 360 I had some real stinkers too - I even waited about 8 months after launch before picking up the system. Some of the good games I had were GRAW, Rockstar Table Tennis (yes, it's good), Oblivion and Dead Rising (and that isn't really THAT great of a game). Oh, also had Condemned - that wasn't terrible....
Now, the stinkers - PD Zero, as Inferno lovingly pointed out - that game totally sucked. Enchanted Arms was total trash too, and I actually played through most of that one. Quake 4 and Kameo were both wretch as well. Oh, and lastly, does anyone remember The Outfit? Bahahaha, that game was total shit too. Looked like a PS2 title, had the controls of an Atari game, and was just total crap all around.
Yeah, I've made some bad purchases in my day.![]()
I tried The Outfit out in 2008 when I started pirating games. My God it was bad by that time, can't imagine it at launch.
Quake 4 was bad? I never played the PC version but I quite enjoyed it.
I also hated Gears of War when I first played it, despite it turning out to be one of my all time favourite MP games on the 360. A few years later of course.
I spent like 5 hours straight on Dirt 3 and still not all that close to my gold trophy for 100%ing career. Then I've got that shitty challenge mode to do too where you slide around Tesco carpark in a Fiesta.
Ken Block, my arse.
I didn't like Quake 4 - It wasn't broken or anything, but for $60 I wasn't really into it.
Gears was one of the only reasons I even bought a 360, and I was pretty happy with it (coop, decent MP). Those early upscaled 360 games were pretty weak too - GUN, Tony Hawk, and Madden and Tiger Woods. Garbage games that were stripped of features. It's sad when the previous gen offering of a sports title runs circles around the new, flashy big brother game![]()
