PSP ISO Final Fantasy 4 Ultimate Collection USA, is not in english?
I've downloaded it twice from the link here. http://www.emuparadise.me/Sony_Plays...n_(USA)/158745
It loads up and works fine, but the menus and all text is in japanese. I'm currently downloading it from another source hoping this one will be in english, but i dont trust non emu sites

It'll be the same. The game is multilingual, and you have a language setting somewhere set to Japanese (or something other than English?) by default.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
