I'll get worried when I buy the Japanese version of the game

That's where I have drawn my arbitrary line that I haven't crossed yet. If I happen to get an EU copy of a game with a different trophy set, I'll definitely play through it again. I'm going to avoid JAP, though, just 'cause I don't want to be looking up information constantly. If you're going to do it for a game, though, Demon's Souls would be the game to do it for. There is barely any dialogue to worry about, all you would have to do is search for all of the weapons/armours/rings/etc.

I'll still never do it. I swear. I'm not that far gone.

There are easier game to multiplat. Like Duke Nukem Forever. Or the Ultimate Genesis Collection.

There are separate trophy lists for Duke Nukem Forever (one for JP, one for everywhere else), and the Genesis collection is called "Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection" in NA, and "Sega Megadrive Ultimate Collection" in EU. They're the exact same game, though.

There's a thread over on PS3T.org that has a full list if you're interested. A quick Google search should bring it up.

Bought the Dungeons and Dragons Chronicles of Mystaria on PSN today - it's about time those two games are finally playable outside of freakin MAME.

Now that I checked that I gotta say...I really hate asshole sellers. It's not INSANELY OMG TEH ULTRA RARES if 251 copies specifically listed as US have sold in the last 2 months. JC.
