Now that alone wouldn't hurt much, but they outright lie about how playing it on emulators is illegal when it's 100% not. So they lie to people so they would get them to buy what they already have.
Yeah it's good business, it's keeping them alive. But it would also be good business for them to barge into your property and take what they want. It's profitable, yet not acceptable. I think Nintendo's stance is profitable for them, but not acceptable for me. (or any other human being who's not part of Nintendo)
