Like I always say, and really this should never be forgotten: these are the same people that are asking for uploads of $3 games. So consider the source.

[jackass mode]And you know, if you don't have much disposable income video gaming is probably NOT the hobby for you and you should come to terms with that and accept it. I get not being able to afford everything you want and not wanting to spend $100+ for some probably crappy out of print game but that game was probably sub $20 at some point on clearance anyway.[/jackass mode]

And if you still can't, then don't bitch when you are getting stuff for free. Also, people act like the main site doesn't exist. This is part of why I pulled all of our (shar and I) uploads.

I think some people re-upped our rips after I pulled them anyway, and more power to them for doing so. Glad that at least clean rips are out there now.

Pretty standard crap, but still mildly depressing.

I have identified the problem. It isn't something people here can help him with unfortunately.

Lucky you! Must just be a dirty contact, because as many input devices have the inputs multiplexed, more than one button would be nonfunctional if there were corrosion.

Imagine each button as a line in this diagram (not a letter or number).
Each number and letter are the actual traces on the board, meaning if one were to be damaged, then 'every' line (button) from that input would also be nonfunctional. Again, lucky you.

It's a trigger if that matters.
