Of course, none of it can compete with Stargate.

Voyager HAD to have a high level of Borg, seeing as they were stranded in the Delta Quadrant

I found it interesting that it took them so long to finally get into Borg space.

I get the reasoning, I'm just not a huge Borg fan. Thought it was a meh enemy.

    Hater.

It's campy as fuck, so it depends why you watch sci-fi. I think it's great in the way that cheesy sci-fi is great and it works because it doesn't take itself completely serious. It obviously doesn't have the scope of something like Legend of the Galactic Heroes or any ultra-serious live action sci-fi.

I should probably finish Voyager and DS9 at some point but it's such a time sink.

The Borg were introduced to show the Federation that viewing space as a happy place to explore and meet new civilizations was naive. Q says "Space is a dangerous place, full of..." something...I can't find the exact quote

Gonna sit down, eat some ice cream and watch the rest of Pete and Pete. Been on a 90s Nickelodeon kick as of late. Might have to start watching some Salute Your Shorts after I'm done with P&P.
