Also yes, definitely hopeless then. I like Next Gen, original movies are okay, Voyager is meh, DS9 is basically stolen from Babylon 5 and is meh, Enterprise was unwatchable for me.

I guess I don't care as much about hockey but it sucks when rivalries get broken up.

I agree with what they did in the NFL (shit this was almost 10 years ago now I think...) and in MLB going into this season but college realignment has been a complete explosion of shit.

I find TOS pretty corny and it's hard to watch because of the technological limitations of TV in that era.

Same rankings, but I consider 4-5 unwatchable. I tend to agree about it as well. Shatner is hilarious and all but overall it's just quite bad. The original movies are pretty good though. I have them in fancy box set form.

Favourite character? Mine has always been Q. His interactions with Picard are pretty great, probably the best thing in any of the series. For me TNG is the only one that ranks up there with my favourite sci-fi shows.

Q was the best idea ever. I liked that he's carried over into Voyager and DS9, although it's not done as well as in TNG.

Well it definitely can't be the same without Picard. I didn't watch all of DS9 or Voyager and I don't think I saw those episodes. Voyager's pitfall was too much Borg imo.
