Products, I can provided I'm willing to pay extra. Sometimes it's hard finding shipping under $15 for single games -- most of the NES games that I buy want $10 shipping for one game, sometimes more. There are a lot of great deals that I've had to pass up because they want $25-$30 shipping.

Also, prices are drastically different. Canada isn't as bad as Australia in terms of pricing, but a lot of stuff can easily cost an extra 25% up here. The savings from buying in the States is negated by shipping costs. If we're going by eBay/Amazon, you also have to find someone who is willing to ship to Canada -- most will, but not everyone.

Also, the US gets a lot of services that aren't available in Canada, and most of those services are a lot better. Netflix is always the prime example, but lots of other things are optimized for the American market. The one message that I hate seeing is "This service is not available in your country." Etc, etc.
