Thanks for all the info man. I'm 65kg (which google tells me is 143lbs) but I used to be around 58kg just two months ago, so I gained about 6-7kgs (14 lbs) which I desperately want to lose.
I have no control over how or what I eat. Whenever I feel hungry I eat something until I stop feeling hungry.

It used to work because I was about 60kg and never gained weight. But now that I'm 65kg it won't go down like this so I though maybe I should stop eating so my body would use the excess fat. This is the first time in my life that I'm trying to lose weight. Oh and I almost never exercise.
That stairs idea seems like a good one, I'll try it.
