Just found out there's going to be a Fuse demo on May 7th. Definitely gonna give that one a shot.

Saw Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen for $30 today...I thought that was a fairly recent release?

    Note: 360 retail version.

Fairly recent, but it retailed for $39.99 at release. It's an expansion.

From what I read on the case, the 360 version has the full original game too.
I have no idea about other platform versions.

Each file has a size of ~1.5gb making a total of ~3gb to be installed on the hard drive.

Although it must be noted that the HD texture pack does not enhance the visuals of the original game. Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen is a big game that is impossible to be fitted into a single DVD9 disc. Instead the visuals in Disc 1 are downgraded to save space for Dark Arisen expansion. The players must install Disc 2 HD texture pack to play the game with its original visuals.

In other words, owners of the original Dragon's Dogma cannot just add the Dark Arisen expansion pack and play the game. Players must own the Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen game.

Furthermore, owners of the original Dragon’s Dogma will receive 100,000 Rift Crystals, unlimited Ferrystones and the Gransys Armour Pack consisting of six brand new costumes for free, upon purchasing Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen.
I think I might get this next week and trade my original copy, plus some other games I have to get rid of anyway.

All versions of it do, but the main purpose of the release was the expansion. Apparently they couldn't release it as DLC because they changed too many mechanics in the main game, so they bundled the main game and the expansion together and priced it the same.

It's still a rerelease with additional content, which is rarely full price.

Over here a rerelease with additional content is rarely that cheap initially.
    $50 or $40 maybe, but not $30.
I looked up the release date and it has only been out for less than 2 weeks or something.

I guess it's possible that currency parity has finally filtered through properly but I'm still seeing high prices for other retail releases. Like the price of Sniper Elite V2 GoTY is still ridiculous.

    Packaging had "jumbo share pack".

Yeah, as if that's going to happen
