Christ, these guys are getting chippy. Someone is minutes away from pulling a Happy Gilmore and trying to stab someone with their skate.
I've got my money on Torres killing somebody.

Who's Torres? (no's, please?
) I've never ice-skated before in my life! How hard is it?

Raffi Torres is heavy hitter who plays a very rough style of hockey. He likes to hit people, is very physical, and is a "get up in your face" style player. He has a history of being suspended for illegal/questionable hits. Last year he jumped into a hit against Chicago Blackhawk's Marian Hossa that connected with his head -- he had to be taken out of the game on a stretcher. Torres was suspended for 25 games for the hit (2nd longest in NHL history).
He's a very passionate but very physical player who has had a very controversial career.
Whelp. That's over. 3-1 Sharks. I appear to have scared everyone away.
Gonna go find something to play now.![]()
EDIT: (Note to self - must read final post before posting...)
Not scared -- but pushed into gaining knowledge on cuteness.

Damn, at about the middle of my playthrough of Metal Slug 3 I started to get a pretty damn bad headache. I still finished with a whopping 29 continues @level 4 difficulty. Had to lie down for a bit though. Thank fuck that it's finally gone now. Don't know what started it but I fucking hate headaches. Now that I'm feeling better I think it's time to finish off with some Metal SLug 4. Hopefully I don't do as bad at this one as MS3.
I really need to find a MS5 cart that won't cost me an arm and a leg. Dang multi-cart only has 1-4 & X.
There are a few great series right now. The entire Western Conference is a really tough battle -- all of the games have been fairly close. The Eastern conference is a different affair -- lots of high scoring games. Penguins ran over the Islanders, and the Bruins destroyed the Leafs. They looked absolutely pulverized by the end.
