You do realize they don't want to give you full time because then you will qualify for insurance coverage and beneftis, which will end up costing the company more to keep you on as an employee. That's how the world works buddy, I was a manager at a company that pulled this same shit, and I would have to make part-timers work almost full time hours, and then after they were with us for more than 6 months I had to start snooping and looking for ways to "let them go" because it was time for a raise. It's fuckin dirty man, it really is. You need to find a better job pronto
