Bollywood blows - I had a good friend in College who was Indian, and his dad was a Psychiatrist and was also a movie nut. Dude had a Laserdisc collection that would make anyone erect (almost 1000 movies), but about 60% of them were bollywood shitholes. I watched parts of a few of them and my god, I'll take D grade American trash over them any dayWell you haven't seen the worst piece of bollywood shit, we get every other week. As far as Cloud Atlas is concerned though, there's nothing worse than watching a movie with a severely bloated budget by two hack directors and a bunch of washed up actors. Our economy (USA) is total shit right now, but they can squeeze out a trashy ass 200 million dollar movie like this that no one went to see.

He hated the Bollywood stuff - He'd always make fun of it. His parents were both born in India, and emigrated to the US, but were still very set in their cultural ways. My friend, his brother and sister were all born in the US and upheld none of the family values

There was actually a little bit of Cloud Atlas that was bearable.
The pew pew sci-fi chase bit
Which was a few minutes out of the whole 3 hours (or whatever).
Tom Hanks is terrible though, I don't even like his old stuff that's supposedly good.
For years I've watched his stuff and keep telling myself "maybe this will be ok this time".
But no, I'm always distracted by his bad acting. And dat head.
