A link to the emulator would of been of more use

As for the file you need to extract the iso image out of the rar file

If iso is associated with WinRAR is will also extract the contents of the iso image (you do not want it to do that)

To make that easier just use 7-zip to extract the iso image from the rar instead of WinRAR

I also moved it as Everything Emulation is for emulating on a computer, but Everything Console is for emulation on consoles as well as Mobile devices as well as other support for games played on real hardware and other real hardware issues

I've extracted the ISO file, and transfered it to my iPhone (using iFunBox), and it shows up in PPSSPP, but it says the file is corrupted. :/

PSP emulation is not perfect to start with you may want to try another game now you know how to extract and transfer it
