It's a rare competition cart that was never made available to the public. There were 90 of them that were given to the winners of the Nintendo World Championships competitions around the US in 1990, and 26 Gold cartridges that were given to random winners in a Nintendo Power contest, and that's it. They are considered one of the holy grails of video games, especially for NES collectors.
