Well, the GoodTools historically followed a kinda nonsensical version numbering, always being 0.999x for betas and 3.13, 3.14, 3.1415, etc. for official releases. I've found GoodCoCo is an exception to this. It jumps from version 3.13 to version 3.21, so my formal guess is, that ~2.4M package corresponds to the GoodCoCo v3.21 with an incorrect version number.
