I'm calling shenanigans on that. It's not fair.

Have you ever had one of those?
A few people have had some issues with them over here.
But at that price I guess it doesn't matter

For 5 dollars, I would have bought it broken.

I can sort networking issues, and it has to be faster than the current router I have

I'm also pretty familiar with the shit you have to go through by just owning a D-Link router. The one I have now was bought because I was with the local Wi-Max Internet provider, and with their screwed-in-the-head network, the only router in existence that worked with it was the current router I have.

NEVER use Wi-Max as an ISP.

Maybe there's a firmware update, idk.
But the issues I've seen range from lockups and reboots to connection issues.

Hopefully it's ok with a firmware update.

    I don't use wireless anyway

There's a bunch of different hardware revisions, as well as firmware downloads. I'll update it all and install it some time when I'm less lazy

I have to use wireless for the iPhones/Pads/tablets we have in the house.

    I'm glad I don't have a wife or kids.
I shall be resisting wireless for as long as possible, I like having cables under the house

My electricity meter is now wireless (smart meter), just got upgraded recently.

So the reason you don't want a wife or kids is to resist wireless tech?

    That's a good enough reason I suppose.

But you can't resist forever. You will be assimilated.
