It's for my brother, though. My heart can't handle 1v1 laddering (not kidding, I really do kinda freak out ). Also I suck at the game.

Lucky bastard, I hear if you pre-order with amazon you can get a beta key, although personally I would love for there to be a midnight release of the game and for me to physically pick up the game in a shop

I always liked the lore of starcraft or maybe I was just too young to notice massive plot holes, I mean Tassadar (yes, the actual in-game character) saying that the overmind wasn't bad overall, seems like a retcon just to justify the hybrid race as the ultimate enemy although they were implied to be the main enemy in the first game with Samir Duran.

I like how the trailer has the scale of the units shown up.

You can buy pre-order codes at my local store for 5-ish bucks, and it comes with a free beta key. If I get the physical copy at the same store that 5 bucks will be detracted from the price. Win-win.

Sure, but be prepared for easy victories. I think my major problem was that I felt like I had to pay attention to a million things at once, and it just overloaded my brain. I just broke under the pressure. It doesn't help that I have to go check my base every so often to do the usual larva injection with Queens. So basically the game felt pretty stressful and I didn't feel like putting in the daily hours to be able to improve.

And yes, I tried playing the other two races, but I feel the most comfortable with Zerg, even if I kinda suck.

What 1v1 league were/are you in?

I think I was in Silver at my highest.
