"Back in the day" I was a fairly well respected moderator/supermod here. I definitely didn't shape EP into what it is today -- a lot of that happened while I was gone -- but back in the FTP days EP was branching out into more user-submitted content and focusing a bit more on other gaming mediums (like the television shows/movies you can grab on the main site, or the soundtracks and strategy guides hosted here). I was a forerunner on that movement. It definitely would have happened without me, and I think with the resources of something like the filehosting sites that are around nowadays (Mediafire, Rapidshare, etc) I think it would have been a much larger success than it was -- it was hard enough just getting the content for the site, let alone worrying about finding an FTP to upload it to that could handle the massive drain on resources we demanded. But still, I was a massive contributing member.
I'm sure those posts are grandfathered somewhere around here. I know I tracked down my first post on the forums a few months ago, and it was only about a year after that post that I set up TVP.
