I'm probably spending less on smokes than a beer drinker that consumes more than a slab (24) of bottles/cans per week.
I should give up but it's hard.
Only bad vice I have left I guess.

I just realized that when you take the titties out of a cheap slasher flick, the writers are able to focus on story and twists.
I can get titties elsewhere, but its not everyday you find a decent movie.

I'm trying really hard not to buy up a shitload of common CIB titles for my NES right now.

IT'S SO TEMPTING BUT I KNOW THE SHIPPING WILL RAPE ME

Moving to the States would alleviate that, but then you would miss out on some 'really cool' things like the Wii Mini.
And your child to, but you're going to sabotage the old lady, correct?

Thats damn good. If you haven't already, calculate your savings. A pack in the US would be valued at a common CIB.

Believe me, I've tried giving up plenty of times in the last 20+ years
Giving up alcohol and weed wasn't hard really...nowhere near as difficult as cigs.

    DO IT!!!

I can't wait until tax time. I'm so going to fill out my NES commons as well as possibly finishing up my Odyssey 2 collection. That is if I can stop myself from buying a Wii-U or something similarly stupid.

Seriously congratulations man. I know it was hard, but you've done really good. In a couple months it's going to be the two year mark for me.

I'd never be able to give up on booze and cigs. Weed and hard drugs were difficult enough.

Ugghhhhhh. Its the GF's birthday tomorrow and although I managed to scramble up enough cash for some goodies, I still wish I could have done better.

It was costing me ~$150/month to smoke. I didn't smoke the cheapest smokes, but they were definitely value brand (approximately $8/pack, where most "brand name" varieties were $10-$12).

    Thanks.

I'm torn between whether I should use the money to fill out common titles, or if I should use it to buy one or two expensive titles. I can always flesh out the commons when I'm filling up space in an order from JJ Games to make the most out of the shipping costs I'm paying.

Also, since I love complete in box games so much, I might use the money to fill out a bunch of common games, but grab them boxed/complete. Then in the future I can just focus on grabbing the more expensive/rare titles.

I'm torn. This would be so much easier if I didn't love boxed games so much.
