I think it was Dan that originally mentioned TWD ep 1 as being free for Christmas on live, and then I started investigating my options.
Can't get it here, so I looked to see if ep 1 was DRM free (it isn't).
Discovered ep 2-5 are DRM free...procrastinated for a day then decided to create a UK profile to dl ep 1 for free, and then pirated ep 2-5.

And I got ep 2-5 off xbox360iso (I'm sure a torrent exists...but I can't confirm 'cos I didn't get them that way).
I think ep 2-5 are ripped from retail NTSC-U disc.
Just google The Walking Dead ep 2-5 DRM free and see what you come up with
