Wait until you actually play the whole thing. It's a train wreck of a game.

    You don't need gold.

    Full of win.
From what I've found, they need JTAG. Which I don't think Sprung or I would do.

I think I got a dodgy controller from Cash converters Plus the recharge cable was a bit shit the end looks rusted. Might just need to be charged, but still don't like the look of that recharge cable.

Did you not notice the rusty end in the shop?

They just handed it to me in a box Didn't even check it because they've usually been good in the past. Still getting round to figuring out how the ps3 works and its charging apparently (holding the ps button brings up a screen showing its charging) I'm assuming that because it hasn't been used in so long that the controller just needs a good charge, but if it doesn't work after charging it I'm taking it back.

So it's just a normal USB lead that's got a rusty end? Why not just use another lead? Or is the controller naff as well?

Bought a controller and usb lead off of amazon. Testing the Ps3 controller and usb lead to see if its worth keeping or chucking out. Will know in an hour or so
