Had a few friends say they look cheap and I shouldn't bother. I've looked up a bit of info on the internet, but I tend to trust peoples opinions more

Stark has inspired me to look up PS3 bundles. I must say they're better equipped in terms of games and accesories not to mention some prices over the 360. And I'll be going on Boxing day so even cheaper!!!

@Stark: Most of the people I've spoken with that bought a super slim have said it's good and they have not encountered problems. It's still early though. I'd say whatever model is the best deal.

I should just go for it. if I still have this job by next month I'll try and get a good model for a good price. The PS+ sounds like a good thing. A friend of mine speaks very highly of it.

I wouldn't buy original PS3 models either. Whatever you get, get something new.

And Plus games are yours for as long as you are a subscriber. Once it's over, you can't play them. You recover them if you re-subscribe.

Yeah, you lose the free games if you unsubscribe from Plus. They're still there if you resubscribe though.
