Why are PC BIOS's so intimidating? My RAM is only running at 1333MHz when it's 1600MHz RAM. I've no idea what I need to change to get it running at the proper speed.

Look at the bus speeds and set them to manual clocking, then increase till your ram starts increasing. My 1600 ram is running at 1570 because of the multiplication, but all 6 cores are running 3.2 ghz. You will have to find a comfortable compromise.

No. The game was never finished. There's a prototype, but it's just one set of discs, and even those are only rumored. Starmen.net tried to negotiate to get them from whoever they ended up with, but the supposed owner disappeared before they could get a price. There's a couple photos out there of big blue discs labelled as "Mother 3," but there's no way of knowing if they're even legit.

Mine's 4mb/sec too. But i drain it so quickly that i'm on 256kbps most of the time.
