Sorry, but Shatterhand music sounds a little generic. It sounds like many other titles that I can think of:
Double Dragon
Contra
and especially megaman.

It is true that the nintendo console can control what is called the WAV audio channel, which may utilize some form of "sound samplse" but the NES only has 4 channels ( Pules1, pulse2, wav, noise) which can only be modified a little. How much one song can vary from another is very little. It mostly depends on the programmer.
