Sure cant, you can with a supercard DSTwo, best the supercard DSOne i can do is NES and GB along with DS roms.

It can if you know what you are doing, but it doesn't work very well. The cards when playing gba games draw from both the gba pack and the power of the system, and since you are technically emulating on the system when you use a nds card, the best thing is to have an expansion in the gba slot of a nds. On a 3ds, it works, but with some of the games such as robotech, you are going to get so much lag it will be unplayable. At least that's my experience with most of the single card systems.

^ allows good gba emulation. It is also a rumble pack thing. However, it needs another card to work and does nothing on its own.
