Also when my Grandad downgrades his PC from the Intel i5 640 1156 that he has now to a £30 AMD Sempron I'm getting the i5 + Micro ATX Gigabyte motherboard.
Micro ATX isn't ideal, as the 5770 I have blocks most of the SATA ports.
All I will have to buy is a couple of sticks of DDR3 RAM.

These kind of connectors might help. They seem to come with every mobo/HDD/SSD now-a-days.

Intel E7200 2.66GHz dual core, 4GB DDR2 OCZ RAM, no video card to put into it though.
