I've used a modbo 4.0 dude.
Google it and you'll see tons of info.
The matrix infinity was a popular chip, but the modbo was cheaper and did the same thing.
Uses matrix firmware, but isn't upgradeable like an official one is afaik.

Even if you've got a ps2 that can't use FMCB (some models can't) you can still use the modbo.

You can probably get it in asia 'cos it comes from China...but for modchips I stick to reputable local suppliers, always have.

Should be under $20au.

Ozmodchips have got it for $19.99, no idea about international shipping for them.
