XBLA, Steam, Amazon, direct from their website, etc. Some of the games are Psychonauts, Brutal Legend, Costume Quest, etc. Some of the deals, i.e. Brutal Legend is 81% off on XBLA, and you can order a signed copy of the game from their website for 60% off, which I think is around $20 or so.

When it first started out it was kind of creepy, not scary, but creepy, I never really got into RE (I am more into SH), I don't know it's really all about atmosphere, I can't play cheesy games, or games that feel... empty? Two games I love, but feel empty when I play is: Mafia II and L.A. Noire...
