THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Put it onto a Cloud file, like Google Drive or Skydrive.
WHAT?! One time my dad deleted Wizard 101 (a massive [and great] game) and I gave him what for about it. I also try to keep telling him never to run Disc Cleanup but NOOOOOOOOO! He NEVER listens. Be it my PC or his he pretty much thinks he can do whatever and have it be Okay.
Back when we were all sharing one computer I wanted to tell them to go buy a new PC when they bugged me when I was working on something (anything, they didn't care WHAT it was, if I was on for more than an arbitrary period of time they made up I was wasting my life even if I was IN THE MIDDLE OF A FUCKING PROJECT!
I also wanted to tell them (when papa got his laptop) to share that PC, seeing as the HP Pavilion was mine and mine alone. They should never be allowed admin rights, they mess too many things up.
Bloop!
Like what?
Also, why does Cloud remind me of Kingdom Hearts...?
While I have absolutely no idea what Wizard 101 is, I know exactly how you feel.
Sometime last year, my father deliberately used System Restore to delete games like Grandia 2 and the Chzo Mythos.
Later he tried it again, but I told him that if he did, he would have to reinstall Far Cry and Age of Empires. Basically, this is the only time I actually stood up to him, without getting punished or something...
Wow. Back when I still went to school, before I had Internet access, any project I had to do that involved a computer, I failed. Because why? My parents thought I made it up. Since I no longer go to school (since 7 March 2011) though, this is no longer a problem.
Heh. I agree.
If my parents get admin rights, they mess everything up so bad that the computer turns into junk, basically.
Thus, I don't give them administration rights. Not even for a nanosecond. If they somehow figure out my account password, I just change it to something they don't think of, like "Genesect" or "13 February 2009" (they don't know the first and only day I had a detention, just goes to show how little they care).
