Not incredibly boring, just not anything new. Big catastrophe. People form into militias. Bullies run the cities. Been there, done that.

I liked Falling Skies last year, but TNT fucked up by making people wait a full 12 months to see new episodes. I lost interest in that time, and forgot most of what happened. I haven't watched a single episode of season 2. And I was excited when they started hinting it was coming back, but again forgot about it.

    I've watched all S1 & 2.
I wouldn't say it was really good...certainly watchable though.
You should watch S2, even if you have to watch the last few ep's of S1.

I will probably just download it when it's done. I generally don't take the time to make sure I'm always home to watch TV when new episodes air, and I don't have a DVR. (well, except for Big Brother. I never miss an episode of that )

Yeah, the big catastrophe thing is a bit meh now.
Watching Falling Skies I sometimes think about stuff that happens in The Walking Dead.

Really need a proper sci-fi show.
BSG was probably the last thing that I found interesting.

    What do you mean?
S2 is finished...or don't you bother with tv dumps and wait for DVD/Blu-ray?

Never got into that, but I watched the original. The new one is so fracking stupid

According to Wiki, Falling Skies season 2 was finished in August...
Time to go looking for episodes.

I prefer tv-quality rips because I use a mini DVD-RW's to burn episodes and watch on my lunch hour. Anything that goes bigger than 1.4GB an episode when converted to DVD video is too big for the mini.

Did you finally replace the cracked disc you had been using?

Stupid, yeah...but look at all the other stupid stuff that's been on (oh noes, end of the world as we know it).
At least it had space battles and stuff.

I'm hoping S3 of Falling Skies will actually be better.
Watch S2 and you might understand what I mean.

I lied to you. I did watch an episode of Season 2. Main dude has a worm thing in his eye. All I could think of was the TNG episode "Conspiracy"
