I agree to a certain extent, but it's not all inanity.

You're less picky? The only change global warming makes is a couple degrees every decade or so. Nothing besides crashing into the sun is going to make an instantly noticeable change.
The record breaking storm in my county hit in 1997 which vastly overshadowed the previous record of 1970. If global warming literally meant that winter was warmer and summer was too, then that would not have been so. More like a climate shift will occur than an all-over change. Yes, over many decades and centuries, we will have a meltdown and then another ice-age but not in our life times.

THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Haha, thats cool. Are there any huge debates where you're from over wind power?
Where Im from, people are torn between whether or not we should build wind mills for power. The opposing side has nothing, so the battle is sad.

Not really. I'm personally all for it. I've ready studies (Yeah I know studies really don't mean squat) that there's enough wind energy to power the world easily enough. And they're developing tech that will allow them to store the extra energy the mills generate for use when the winds not blowing. Only downside to that is it uses Lithium-ion batteries to do it, which is another limited resource .

The only argument anybody ever has against the wind farms that I've heard is that they're loud. I don't think it could be louder than a hydro-electric dam though

I think the more alternative energy the better. Geothermal, Wave, Solar, and Wind are all viable and practical resources that given enough development to mak it cheaper to produce would be more than sufficient to use as power sources imo.

The only way that their loudness could bother anyone is if they were directly in their backyard. We have them around the state, I pass them every day. They are efficient and kind of pretty on the horizon. The argument that thee people complain about is the fact that the tech may soon be outdated. lol As if AC energy is going anywhere. It is the very same technology is the wave collectors that you mentioned. Water, wind and sun are the only true renewable resources, so why not utilize all of them? ..."nope, coal it is"

Yeah "clean coal" and "clean burning natural gas" always gets a laugh outta me

And I actually live fairly close to a factory that manufactures the huge parts to build them (Windmills). It crazy watching one of those huge blades being trucked down the road.

And I can tell you easily why we're not utilizing these resources as much as possible. The current energy companies have too much invested (money, equipment, land, manpower etc.) in our current energy resources and they make more money of them than they would these renewable sources. We won't see a %100 switch to these resources until the need is substantial. I mean like end of the world consequences if we don't substantial.

Site had another mini outage I guess?
