And one question, how do I burn both at once when I extract them they're seprate and on the ones I mentioned I only had to burn the Bin or Img file.
Where you bought them makes no difference.
If images just over 700mb aren't working (and you've tried different image sources to eliminate bad shares) then it might be crappy media or your burner won't write 700mb+ (I think a burner issue is unlikely)
The cd's (if they're crap) might work for smaller images, but if they aren't working for 712mb then it's a process of elimination to work out what the problem is.
You should be fine burning @ 4x speed...I've never had any issues with playstation games burned at this speed.

So I should get more cd's and trial and error to find which it is cause I also tried to burn chrono cross on a vertabrim cd and like the rest it only got to the symbol then crapped out like a majorly scratched black bottom.

It's clearly not cd writer's problem.
I think 800MB cds are also available.

you point the burning software at the cue file only that will tell the burning software to burn the bin file automaticly and what data format it should be burned as

the cue file is basicly a text document that informs the burning software what to do with the bin files, open the cue file with notepad and take a look yourself

One more question before I call it a day, can you turn a burner program's ability to smooth over bad sectors off? if not is it because of the hardware 'cause if you could turn it off I'd see if it would work on the psx without the disc swapping trick.

There is no way to play burned games on an unmodded PSX without some sort of swop/swap trick

There are usually no bad sectors to fix at all anyway, there is just a large difference between pressed CD's and burned CD's (It's also not the colour/color of the underside of the CD) basicly the PSX hardware can tell the difference between a pressed CD and a burned CD and there are no tricks to bypass it

Another problem I forgot to mention when I talked about the ones I tried if I burned a tomb raider one or two will it work or not cause I broke one in half and cracked the other. I keep my midnight 24/7 didn't see them fall to the floor.

SN, On imports I've seen that I can basically do a swap trick method to make them run on a usa ps is this only for pressed imports or will it still work with burnt imports as well?

Burned imports will work with the same trick you use for none imports, even if for some reason you can't you can patch the boot code on burned backups to USA

The reason they work with the swop/swap trick is because the boot sectors are read from the original disc you are swopping/swapping with

open it in isobuster and re-rip to bin+cue or mount it in D-Tools lite and re-rip with Imgburn

just convert the sucker yourself, it's not hard to do
