I like Death Note, but I do not
- Own the original Japanese releases of the Trade Paperbacks or magazines
- Own the original Japanese movies
- Own VHS/DVR recordings of the original TV series
- Participate in RPs of it
- Own a replica Death Note
- Care why the fans like or hate characters
- Care in the least about how to fit fanfics into the main timeline
- or about fitting them into either of the alternates
- Nor do I even own one volume of the manga

The only thing I'd like from the series (as I can read/watch the entire series online) are the three videogames, simply because they interest me. Truth be told I was interested in the games before I knew what Death Note was.
And the only thing I care about is how they write the new movie and who they cast in it because at one point or another Im probably gonna watch it and I'd rather not waste my time on a bad movie.
