You might want to check out some other gameshark code sites and add their codes; sometimes they'll work better than the ones that come with PEC.
As for the EXP and AP codes bit, what it looks like it's asking for is the amount of AP/EXP to give you after a battle, in Hex form. Basically when you want to get a gameshark code to give you a certain number of something, you have to enter that amount in Hex form, which the cheat device translates to the number you want (base 10 decimal form).
An easy way to get this would be to use your calculator program (assuming you use windows), or to use something like this; http://www.statman.info/conversions/hexadecimal.html . Basically you would just type the desired amount into the box next to "Convert", then click the "to hexadecimal" button.
So if you wanted to get say, 9999 exp after battle, you would enter $270F, as 270F in hex translates to 9999. If you get a hex result that has less than 4 characters (say, FF), you would type it out as $00FF.
For more information on the hexadecimal system you may give this article a read; http://vlaurie.com/computers2/Articles/hexed.htm

"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
