Right I'm going to pass out now too.
You would need to buy one of the games related to one of the many exploits. I suggest Smash Bros becuase it is not only a good game, but has the most reliable exploit: Stack Smash. By overflowing a data stack in the save file, the system crashes and allows for unsigned software to run. Other than that, all you need is an SD card and a PC with an SD reader. Tutorials are readily available online and very simple to follow.
oops, i have no idea why i spelled it like that.
the oddly named hometown, moving from a big city, not being able to tell anyone (including guardians) about their powers, overbearing parents who don't even know what they're doing wrong, idiotic authority figures who don't even take legitimate excuses, the "mean-girls" clubs (trio at least), the guy, the geek (girl or boy depending on protagonist) and the unknown quantity.
yup, pretty sure that Animorphs and Buffy pioneered this and everything else just copied it. even ANIMORPHS was an affectionate parody (but at least they constantly referenced how similar it was to everything else at the time) most everything copied it and it's nice to see that kind of stuff used in a way that's not totally ridiculous
To be honest, you can just rent Smash Bros and then return once your Wii is hacked. As a matter of fact, you may rip the game to your HDD and have it that way when your all hacked up. It is your cheapest option. As for emulators, everything before N64 not including N64 is really great. NES, SNES, GB, Genesis, Master System, etc.
I run all of my ROMs off of my Sd card, but you may also create a separate FAT partition on your HDD and transfer all of your ROMS and emu's there.
Right, emulation is poor.
Except for VC games. There is actually a way to inject your ROM into a VC game and kind-emulate it that way, but I think it is time consuming, complex and not necessarily 100% reliable. There may still be issues. If every game ran 100%, nintendo would have released all of the for purchase since it costs nothing for them to inject the ROM files into their official (VC) emulator.
