I didn't think about it like that. The flop top is such a convenience though! What happens when the motor or something relevant, craps out on the fat? Then what? At least the flip top is so much more reliable and will be less likely to break. Even if it does, it would be so much more easier to fix! I like the way you can just pop in a game with the slim too!

The flip top is the only reason I don't trade a friend for the fat! The switch, the fan, the hard drive are all percs almost worthy enough to forget about the flip top.... almost!

I wish PS3 didn't use blueray discs. Burning game would get expensive lol

How is the scene for the PS3 anyway? Anywhere near as awesome as ours?
