Frankenstein through the eyes of the monster (saturn)

what program do I use to open frankenstein through the eyes of the monster and play it?

I vaguely remember this game.

Are you trying to run the Saturn version or Pc. If Saturn you would need Satourne or SSF emulator which you can find on the main site and for PC I think it was an old windows game (like 3.1 or something) so you may be able to run it just by setting the compatibility of the game to win95 maybe or find an old windows emulator. Without more information it's hard to say.
