Gonna fucking punch something...I hate living in my house sometimes...

Fucking parents are treating me like a God damned 2 year old, I'm fucking 18 and apparently I'm not able to do what I want. What the hell.

The problem is that you're living with your folks.
Their house, their rules...doesn't matter how old you are

Poor guy. Yeah, that's the worst part about being a teen. Your parents still treat you like a kid, but you have adult responsibilities.

Yeah, and I can't leave 'cause I don't have a job. And I don't have a license. But I'm not gonna go through that vicious cycle again...Fucking DMV....

Yeah, my parents always treat me like that. I'm technically an adult, I can do as I please. :/

They may not always treat you like a kid, but obviously you're still their child.
Anyway, even at my age I don't expect to do whatever I want if I'm at my parents place.
I still have the courtesy to ask if I can use the phone or computer...but that's probably more to do with setting a good example for any grandchildren that may be present

Also, yeah man, I know that feel. Trust me, get a car and a job. Even if you live at home, you can get out when you need, sleep at friends, etc., and have some money to throw around so you aren't quite so dependent. I know it's harder than I make it sound, (trust me, I know ), but it's so much better...

I'm about 50% sure that when I move out, I won't go see them much. They can come out to see me, but I refuse to go back to their house. Lol.

Honestly I wish I could get either one. I can't even get my license right now, apparently I need proof of insurance.

The job? Yeah, I have a record so no one in my town will hire me and the closest place that will hire me is about an hour away.

Trying hard not to push their buttons, just hoping that maybe I can get a license so that I won't have to put up with this shit, stay at my girlfriends' for the night...Maybe I'll just have her come get me tonight.

Yeah, I honestly find the best way is to get out for a while. It's natural to get sick of someone after 18 or so years...
