My blood was taken for tests. Which resulted in pain, dizziness and forgetfulness. Forgot that I had a cat
That's how I know that my "thyroid gland is overactive" (in quotation marks because I translated it directly from Afrikaans and I'm not certain whether it's correct or anythin').

If I get used to having blood taken, I'd consider giving blood. Though I don't think my blood type is anything particularly rare.

I don't know what my blood type is, but if I had to guess, it would be the non-existent S.
Joking aside, I think I'm blood type B. I'll have to ask my mother when she gets home from paying the water bill.

Okay, time to take a break from visual novalan. This shit is getting hard and my brain isn't quite ready for this high level of Japanese with only 5 hours of sleep.

I know that feel. Started up Zero no Kiseki just after I woke up the other day, played about half an hour of solid dialogue, and was just like "lol no".

I don't understand Japanese yet I play Japanese games. Without any sleep.

One of them are Dengeki Gakuen RPG - Cross of Venus - I like RPGs and thus I'll probably play any RPG as long as it's not rated M. Dragon Age: Origins is a different story. I'm 16 but I was allowed to play that game since last year, when I was 15.

Now, I haven't played Kiseki games in Japanese but I'm willing to bet Muramasa eats them all for breakfast as far as language complexity is concerned.

So jealous, though. So, so jealous. Want to play all the Kiseki games so bad, but my skill level isn't quite there yet, as you know. Or rather, my skill level without Rikaichan isn't quite there yet.

I love using Hwang/Seung Mina and raping people with kicks. I've gone whole rounds without using a weapon attack. <3

Probably. Visual novels tend to trounce RPGs for language difficulty, even extremely tough RPGs like Kiseki. Actually, I think the language in tougher visual novels is basically the same as the language in actual Japanese novels. :'D About the only difference is that you don't generally need to get used to how omnipotent narrators talk, as if visual novels are narrated, it's usually in first person.

I used to be like that as well. That's how I learned a good chunk of my basic vocabulary. Still, I'm not sure I get the people who play text-heavy games and have no interest in learning the language at all - I mean, my enjoyment of RPGs nowadays comes from enjoying the story and the characters, so without that, I'd have little to no motivation to play games like that. Well, I guess some people just enjoy the gameplay that much.

Aww. Could always start on the PC versions with Rikai, and by the time you reach Zero, you might be ready. I think it's the last couple of chapters of SC that are the toughest, as the already challenging novel-esque style and huge amounts of text are combined with lots of delicious technobabble. So if you can get through that, you can probably handle Zero. Of course Zero will probably ramp up the technobabble as it goes on as well. :'D
