Hi , i want to burn Guitar hero 5 (Ps2) in a DVD9 ... i need some kind of patch or program to burn it in a DVD9 ? , my ps2 is Fat model , modded with Toxic chip

Nero or Alcohol 120%. Just use 'burn image' option. That's it.

No, DVD+R DL images need patching with the Toxic dual layer patch first. Link. And then burning as per this post.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "modded with Toxic chip".
But if you mean it has a Matrix Infinity or a clone (like Modbo 4.0) then such chips should have toxic included in the firmware.

Even if a modded console has toxic included in the firmware (and hence no need to use Toxic dual layer patcher before burning an image) it probably wouldn't hurt to use the patcher anyway (I've never tried a patched dl disc with a chip that has toxic myself, but I assume it wouldn't matter).
