Damn, that picture is a jolt from the deep past. I think that the show was done by DIC/Nelvana, intended for the French/Euro market, but it sure looked 'anime like' to me way back then..
(Like the show that followed it on PBS: 'Belle and Sebastian'....werent most of 'em done in Japan, even those Biblical ones?)
