That reminded me of a dream I had once.
I had a Pikachu as a starter of a region that doesn't exist (well, in my imagination, it does) because the main starters were already taken. This Pikachu, I nicknamed Raichu.
He could use ALL Ice-type moves and all Electric-type moves. He could thus use Bolt Strike and Fusion Bolt.
And he could talk like humans can.
