There's an Xbox360 Game Saves section on xbox360iso.
I think wiiso has a similar section.

xploder.net has cheats/saves for many platforms, but you probably need to use the xploder cheat system........I dunno
I only ever got DRM Free DLC's for Xbox 360 from there
