That game is a cakewalk. You want something really annoying? Play Metroid: Zero Mission and try for 100%Played Super Metroid, it's a bitch for me to play. I remember now why I take breaks from it.
When I play super metroid 3 I get most of the beam powers out of order. Learn to bounce off the walls and it gets tons easier.

Even with a walk-thru, getting shinecharge to work in morphball and get through 3 screens is far too big a pain in the ass. I never got 100% on Zero Mission.

Shadowrun on Genesis has a main story, but you will never make it through without grinding side missions. Most of the game is random missions you get from guys in bars.
The alternative is to Abbacab for an hour or two to get skills/money up.

I finished it, but never 100%. A lot of it is pretty easy since I learned on Atari/NES. So I can tell you that Ninja Gaiden is hard. Ninja Gaiden 2 is easier, I once ran the last 3 bosses without dying.

Still better than the SNES version. Searching through that much map for an item that is 3 pixels wide tops is impossible, especially when you have to find multiple items for some quests.You do realize Shadowrun for the 360 was a stab in the back for what little fan base that game had

Love that kinda shit, yo... Recently learned the term 'grinding'....always called it 'leveling-up' and 'hoarding', heh...
There is NO WAY that you beat those Gaiden bosses without death, man...and if you DID, then DAMN...you would rival even some of my hardcore buddies.
(Trained on the 2600, myself, man...got the NES when I was 14, when it was released...)
