thing is, all PCs on our network have the same IP. i checked it a few times.

also, i don't think we can change the passcode on our router. it was hard enough to set it up.

one more thing: this isn't exactly a new occurrence. this has happened a few times before. a data intercept and edit on the fly type of thing is what cost me an original Xbox from craigslist one time and it would also explain the amount of lag from when i click post to when it shows up.
