Just figured out that Ema Skye was the person who actually "accidentally" killed this prosecutor by the name of Neil Marshall. She pushed Neil and some unknown assailant apart, knocking Marshall into this armor holding a weapon, impaling the man. It was covered up so I had to expose it I kinda should've made a LP of this particular case, because it's really good
